Dose 29 - Current = 0.28-0.3ml of 40mg/ml EEN every 5 days

Dose 25 - Dose 28 = 0.2-0.25ml of 40mg/ml EEN every 5 days

Dose 1 - Dose 24 = 0.2-0.3ml of 40mg/ml E. Val. every 4 days
